Cinderella Story

Do microchips work?  Yes they do!  This little beauty went missing two years ago.  Her family posted flyers, but she was never found. They have since moved and adopted another cat.

One day recently, a cat wanders into a garage.  The cat was so friendly, it was hard to imagine she didn’t belong to someone.  That’s where we come in.  The kind woman who found her, brought her to us for a microchip scan.  Great news! She not only had a chip, but the phone number was up to date!  Imagine our surprise when we called the family and found out she went missing two years ago!

The moral of this Cinderella story?  Microchips work!  If your pet is missing, do not give up hope.  And remember, microchips only work if your contact information is kept up to date.

It is so heartwarming to hear these good stories and I want to really add a testimonial here for Dr. Rossi and ALL of the great staff at North Penn Animal Hospital—-I have been bringing my Pugs (Lord Lion of Warwick, Heart(his son)and Honey (Lion’s daughter), and Miracle for care for almost 40 years and they have always been caring, compassionate and more than willing to work with me and my pets. Their care has been excellent and even saved the life of Miracle when she had pancreatic issues when another vet clinic told me to “put her down” if I did not have enough money to pay all of it right then. Miracle is my family and Dr. Rossi and his staff saved her life and they did receive the full payment for her care. I will never forget this. I reccomend (sp?) them without any reservations. They have cared and they are competent and work well with all of the critters I have brought to them and by the way they also were GREAT with my kitties— Thank you all so much there at North Penn Animal Hospital. Sincerely, Diane-Nicole L. Hertzler
