What to Expect

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our Client Care Coordinators.  At this time, they will check-in your pet, obtain any paperwork and previous records you may have and go over registration information with you.

One of our veterinary technician’s will escort you into an examination room as soon as one becomes available. They will begin by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

One of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Our veterinary technician will come back to wrap things up, go over any medications that were dispensed, provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any questions you may have.

They will then escort you to our check-out desk where one of our Client Care Coordinators will help you with any over-the-counter products your pet needs, schedule any needed follow-up appointments and complete your check-out.

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

We are closed the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2-3:30 pm for our staff meeting.
